Job summary

Essentra is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the EMEA team. The role focuses on delivering and maintaining marketing activities for the EMEA region, driving customer acquisition and brand awareness across Europe.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and sales to plan, execute and optimise campaigns while managing translations, CMS updates and asset localisation. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the Kidlington office and involves working with external vendors, CRM and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and campaign analytics.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Adobe suite.
• Some experience in a marketing or communications role (Desirable).
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions (Desirable).
• Experience with CMS systems (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of EMEA marketing campaigns (email and postal) for lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights.
• Deliver engagement, acquisition, retention and growth programs.
• Localise global assets and manage translations.
• Manage website content via the CMS.
