Responsibilities

• Deliver paid search campaigns across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring high-quality execution from planning through to optimisation and reporting.
• Translate strategic objectives into effective campaign activation plans that support business goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate multi-market activity, maintaining consistency, quality, and operational excellence across accounts and regions.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and performance updates.
• Collaborate closely with wider activation teams, sharing knowledge and supporting project delivery.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring new opportunities and formats to enhance outcomes.
