Zenith International is seeking a Performance Business Director to lead and shape the performance strategy for reMarkable. This role blends data, media and commercial thinking to drive measurable business outcomes, partnering with senior clients and cross-functional teams across markets.

You will translate commercial goals into robust media plans, influence investment decisions, and establish strong measurement and attribution frameworks to show impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in performance marketing and digital planning with data-driven impact.
• Ability to connect CPA, CVR and ROAS to business outcomes.
• Expertise in at least one paid channel and guiding specialists.
• Commercial awareness with investment alignment to priorities.
• Experience with DTC, e-commerce or consumer brands globally.
• Clear, engaging communication to diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership to unite teams for integrated execution.
