Job summary

Booking.com is hiring a People Operations Process Owner (EMEA Benefits) to own and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes, focusing on benefits. You will collaborate with People Operations, Benefits, People Technology, and Service Experience to resolve complex queries and drive process performance.

You will also maintain documentation, deliver training, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global People Operations or Shared Service Center structure.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
• Proven track record of end-to-end process redesign and deployment across multiple owners.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow-enabled HR processes is a must.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across levels.
• Ability to solve complex problems with strong data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR process governance, metrics, and handovers between teams.
• Develop and implement optimized processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Deploy new policies in collaboration with Policy Owners and Service Experience.
• Guide operational teams with process knowledge and documentation, and deliver training.
• Provide dedicated process expertise to resolve queries for employees and stakeholders.
• Review opportunities for process improvements with cross-functional teams and policy guidance.
• Design, monitor, and report process metrics with Process Analysts and teams.
• Coordinate audits and ensure smooth adoption through process changes.
• Create process documentation: SOPs, workflows, glossaries with Process Analysts.
• Support teams to build strong process knowledge and expertise.
