Job summary

Justworks in London is seeking an experienced International Benefits professional to own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end, shaping scalable processes for an expanding global footprint.

You will lead procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor management, and employee support across UK, EU, and expansion markets, partnering with Legal, Payroll, Product, and CX to ensure competitive, compliant offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international benefits experience, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, expansion markets).
• Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment.
• Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, from procurement to employee support.
• Lead country launches in new EMEA markets, ensuring benefits are part of every rollout.
• Build and manage broker and carrier relationships across EMEA, negotiate terms.
• Track enrollment, utilization, and cost data, informing plan design.
• Evolve the benefits program cadence and build scalable operating systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX and Revenue.
