Job summary

Eucalyptus in London is seeking a People Experience Partner for EMEA to own onboarding, benefits, rituals and culture, ensuring consistent, equitable experiences across HQ, regional offices, and remote workers.

You will collaborate with People, Operations, Talent, Marketing and Office Management to bring our values to life, use data to drive decisions, and build scalable programs that help our people thrive wherever they are based.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in People Experience, Workplace Experience, HR, events, or similar roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality experiences.
Experience planning and delivering events or engagement initiatives end-to-end.
Comfortable working across multiple locations and with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong bias for execution.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding across EMEA, ensuring new joiners are set up for success.
Drive consistency in how employees experience their first weeks at the business, including remote workers.
Identify and implement improvements to onboarding processes, making them simpler and more scalable.
