  • Responds to queries from employees, managers and stakeholders.
  • Identifies risks and ensures controls and regulatory checks.
  • Generates post-payroll reports for finance, audit, and authorities.
  • Liaises with external vendors and government authorities.
  • Maintains up-to-date processes, documentation, and controls.
  • Supports payroll process improvements and projects.
  • Ensures compliance with internal and external regulations.
