Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery across the UK, EMEA and designated APAC entities. This on-site role works closely with HR, Finance and outsourced providers, safeguarding financial controls and enabling month-end processes.

Experience in UK payroll (P11Ds/PSAs) and EMEA/APAC payroll is essential, with a focus on payroll accounting, reconciliations and governance to support the wider finance organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive UK payroll experience including P11Ds and PSA.
• Experience with EMEA or APAC payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate payroll across UK, EMEA and APAC entities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and outsourced payroll providers.
• Support month-end close activities and governance.
• Drive continuous improvements in regional payroll processes.
