Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands and Germany. You will partner with outsourced providers and HR leadership to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and employee lifecycle administration.

In this role you will maintain data integrity in ADP HRIS, support onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to regional process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Ability to liaise with outsourced providers.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands and Germany.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll taxes and pension contributions.
• Maintain data integrity in ADP HRIS and payroll systems.
• Collaborate with EU HR Manager on regional improvements.
