Confidential is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our EMEA team on a 3-month contract in Leeds. The role focuses on accurate UK and European payroll input, data integrity, and timely processing, with hybrid work and three days in the Leeds office.

You will verify payroll changes, support benefits administration, and assist with HR operations and process improvements across markets, reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll input experience covering UK and European payrolls.
• Experience in a multi-market environment.
• Knowledge of HR operations including benefits administration.

Responsabilités

• Input and verify payroll-changing data such as starters, leavers, pay changes, promotions, transfers, and allowances.
• Complete pre-payroll checks and validation reports.
• Collect supporting evidence for payroll changes per audit requirements.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Payroll team on queries and off-cycle payments.
• Document payroll procedures to support handover at contract end.
• Act as first point of contact for People queries via HR inbox.
• Support benefits administration across markets.
• Assist broader People projects and process improvements.
