Job summary

ECI is seeking a Payroll & Operations Administrator to join our London team. You will manage payroll and benefits for the EMEA and APAC regions, support onboarding, and coordinate with HR, finance, and vendors to ensure compliance and excellent service for a global workforce.

The role is hybrid with a strong preference for candidates based in the London area, and requires collaboration across regions, onboarding, and operational tasks including workspace logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably with EMEA and APAC regions.
• Understanding of local payroll and benefits regulations in EMEA and APAC.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with global teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Benefits administration including enrollment, documentation, and queries.
• Onboarding/offboarding support and HRIS/payroll system optimization.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Produce payroll reports for management and audits; manage statutory filings.
• Support workspace operations and supplier engagement across locations.
