Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited in Central London is seeking an EMEA Payroll Advisor on a temporary basis to run payrolls across the EMEA region.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, and offers daily rates of £220 to £250. You will handle inputs, reporting, compliance, and process improvement across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all payroll inputs to the payroll provider for EMEA payrolls (joiners, leavers, fixed and variable pay changes, holidays etc)
• Prepare payroll reports for management to review
• Streamline and automate manual tasks by leveraging current systems in place
• Have a keen eye for payroll compliance, ensuring well regulated processes
• Ensure SOPs and process documentation is kept up to date
• Audit and validate all payroll transmissions for accuracy and reasonability of variances
• Accurately report compensation related to equity
• Develop ad-hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
• Manage time and tasks to execute all payrolls accurately and timely

The Role
