Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to oversee the entire payroll function in a permanent role. You will take full responsibility for the payroll operation and report to the International HRD, coordinating global payrolls and driving policy, controls and efficiency.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage in-country partners, and ensure timely reporting and compliance across the EMEA region, while staying ahead of legislative changes impacting

• Produce and provide payroll reports and analysis to senior management
• Drive compliance and payroll efficiencies
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business
