Responsibilities

• New Business Support: Assist Underwriters with researching new business opportunities and collating relevant information.
• Booking & Payment Oversight: Liaising with Underwriters to capture estimated income, declarations, and bordereaux on binders; support premium and claims booking processes.
• Quarterly Reporting Validation: Support data validation for quarterly reports with Pricing and Operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Client Meeting Coordination: Support organizing and attending quarterly client meetings, distribute minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
• Planning: Support the EMEA MGA team in gathering data for the annual planning process.
