Job summary

Munich Re Group is seeking an organised administrator to support underwriting workflows in London. The role involves data entry into the S2000 system, document management, and assisting with the Contract Certainty process to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will scan documents, monitor electronic placing records, and help with renewals and credit control. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate will thrive in this regulatory-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of insurance principles and contract certainty concepts.
• Familiarity with PRA/FCA rules and Lloyd’s regulations is beneficial.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and comply with compliance manuals.
• Ability to identify risks and report changes to line manager.
• Proactive, energetic and curious approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the in-house S2000 underwriting system, pricing tools and other administration systems.
• Scan and photocopy documents as required.
• Manage and save documents.
• Support the clearing list and accumulation control process.
• Assist with Contract Certainty (CC) process, including CC checklist completion.
• Monitor electronic placing documents on platforms like PPL and Whitespace.
• Review weekly exception reports and post daily premium closing messages in S2000.
• Assist in managing credit control and aged debt.
• Maintain renewal lists and ensure procedures are followed.
