Job Description
The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) (m/f/d) plans, designs, and implements marketing programs primarily supporting the ACG business, focusing on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) related to product lines such as Lab Automation, Lab Informatics, Connect and Attach Programs, and the customer segment "Life Sciences and Research."
This role involves designing regional EMEA marketing programs and executing global marketing strategies. You will develop business cases, select appropriate tactics with EMEA countries, and report on program success to the global organization. Collaborating with the global MPM team, Marcom, and WW product management, you will oversee outbound aspects of regional product launches and manage the services and support portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
On the business development side, you own market sensing within EMEA, developing and sharing business intelligence to influence sales channel behavior in collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team.
This position can be based anywhere in Europe with an Agilent entity, either remotely or near an office.
