Job summary

Cresta is seeking a highly strategic EMEA Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional function, focusing on Spain. This role, reporting to the VP International Marketing, is Cresta’s first dedicated marketing hire in EMEA and will drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and build brand presence across the region, aligning with global campaigns.

Location is London, remote or based in Spain, offering the chance to partner with regional sales leadership and influence international expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven success leading EMEA or regional marketing programmes.
• Experience operating within a global marketing organisation.
• Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience.
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cresta’s EMEA marketing strategy aligned to regional pipeline and CARR goals and global priorities.
• Translate global campaigns and product launches into effective regional execution plans.
• Own and deliver the regional marketing plan across events, ABM, digital programmes, executive engagement, and sponsorships.
• Partner closely with EMEA Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
• Act as the primary bridge between EMEA Sales and Global Marketing.
• Provide regional insights to inform global messaging and roadmap decisions.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue in alignment with KPIs.
• Build the foundation for scaling the EMEA marketing team over time.
• Own and execute field marketing in Spain and across the region, including in-market events.
• Partner with Product Marketing on localization and content for local language.
• Build Cresta’s presence in local CX communities in Spain, the UK and beyond by organizing events and speaking opportunities.
