Job summary

Acushnet Europe, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Distribution Systems Analyst to join our IT team and support Manhattan Active WMS across our EMEA distribution network. This hands-on role requires on-site presence during the week and focuses on improving warehouse processes and deploying new functionality.

You will troubleshoot system and device issues, configure receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping, and collaborate with Distribution, IT and Global Systems to

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Manhattan Active WMS across multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, and warehouse devices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Manhattan Active WMS across EMEA distribution sites.
• Assist with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Troubleshoot system, device, and process issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and operational teams.
• Support system upgrades, testing, deployments, and new functionality rollouts.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, and user training materials.
• Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
• Act as a key point of contact for Manhattan AWMS-related queries.
