Job summary

Acushnet Europe, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Distribution Systems Analyst to support and optimise Manhattan Active WMS across our EMEA network. The role requires on-site presence and collaboration with IT, distribution, and global systems teams.

You will work on system configuration, troubleshooting, and rollouts, while developing SOPs and training materials to drive efficiencies throughout our warehouses.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Manhattan Active WMS.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, and devices.
• Experience testing, deploying and upgrading system functionality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Manhattan AWMS across EMEA distribution sites.
• Assist with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping.
• Troubleshoot system, device and process issues; coordinate resolutions with IT and operations.
• Support upgrades, testing, deployments and new functionality rollouts.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation and user training materials.
• Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive change initiatives and adoption of new processes and enhancements.
• Act as a main point of contact for Manhattan AWMS queries.
