Job summary

Harvey Nash Project Solutions seeks 2-3 experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultants/SMEs for a major warehouse optimisation programme. The role is based onsite in Northampton with an initial 3-6 month contract and Outside IR35 status.

You will work across operations and technical delivery teams to drive continuous improvement within MAWM. You will act as SME for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform, translating business requirements, configuring MAWM, and leading workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS/MAWM implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting testing, go-live activities and hypercare.

Job description

Harvey Nash Project Solutions is seeking 2-3 experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultants / SMEs to join a major warehouse optimisation and transformation programme for an initial 3-6 month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and optimising the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) platform, working across both warehouse operations and technical delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Role: Manhattan Active WMS Consultant / SME

Location: Northampton (5 days per week onsite)

Rate: Competitive (TBC)

IR35 Status: Outside IR35 (Subject to final determination, but expected to be Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform.
• Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain and business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements.
• Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Configure and support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities and hypercare.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and user support where required.
• Configure Manhattan Active applications and support system enhancements.
• Analyse and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support API integrations, data flows, testing, releases and deployments.
• Work alongside technical teams to support solution design, upgrades and new feature adoption.
• Proven hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Experience configuring and supporting Manhattan Active solutions.
• Strong understanding of Manhattan Active architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience delivering or supporting Manhattan Active implementations or optimisation programmes.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to bridge the gap between operational teams and technical delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, production support and continuous improvement initiatives.
