Job summary

Acushnet Europe Ltd. is seeking a Distribution Systems Analyst based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, to support and optimise Manhattan Active WMS across the EMEA distribution network.

You will work closely with Distribution, IT and Global Systems to keep warehouse systems running smoothly, implement new functionality, and drive process improvements in a hands-on distribution environment. The role requires regular on-site presence and collaboration with warehouse operations; sponsorship is not

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Manhattan Active WMS across EMEA distribution sites.
• Assist with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Troubleshoot system, device and process issues; coordinate resolutions with IT and operations.
• Support system upgrades, testing, deployments and new functionality rollouts.
• Develop SOPs, process documents and user training materials.
• Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
• Act as a primary contact for Manhattan AWMS-related queries.

We're looking for a Distribution Systems Analyst to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting and improving our Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) across our EMEA distribution network. Working closely with colleagues across Distribution, IT and Global Systems, you'll help keep our warehouse systems running smoothly, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the rollout of new functionality and technologies that make a real difference to our operations. This is a hands-on role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a distribution environment, is naturally curious about how things work, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies. As you will be working closely with our warehouse operations and systems, this role requires regular on-site presence during the week and isn't suitable for remote working. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorship for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and optimising Manhattan Active WMS across EMEA distribution sites.
• Assisting with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

About You

Essential

• Robust experience supporting Manhattan Active WMS
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, and warehouse devices.
• Experience supporting testing, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Experience in multi-site or international distribution environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Experience with APIs, Postman, XML, and EDI.
• Continuous improvement and process optimisation experience.
