Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Corporate Development Director to lead end-to-end M&A, JV, and strategic initiatives across EMEA. You will build and validate business cases, develop deal structures, and guide cross-functional teams from origination to closing, working with senior leaders and Treasury for financing.

The role focuses on strategic planning, market monitoring, and real estate investments, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development for EMEA.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic background; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills; strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A strategy and execution for the EMEA region, including due diligence and closing.
• Develop and review financial models and deal valuation frameworks; support transaction financing with Treasury.
• Partner with Business Units and Senior Executives to drive deal opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare transaction timelines and board-ready presentations for executive discussions.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on deal pipeline and resource allocation.
