Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic background; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred but not required.
• Extensive experience, preferably at leading investment banks, consulting firms, private equity or corporate finance.
• Previous experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, or TMT preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation.
• Strong commercial judgment, work ethic, professionalism and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads M&A strategy and execution for the region, partnering through due diligence and beyond.
• Sources and analyzes accretive acquisition and partnership opportunities.
• Leads cross-functional teams through sourcing, due diligence and transaction processes.
• Drives development of operating models and synergy forecasts for targets.
• Leads negotiations and closing of M&A transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develops deal valuation frameworks and supports financing with Treasury.
