Job summary

Westman Atelier, based in London, is seeking a Retail Planner, EMEA to drive commercial growth, inventory optimization, and sales performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, partnering with Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty, Space NK and Cult Beauty.

Reporting to the VP of Global Business Planning with a dotted line to the GM, EMEA, you will oversee demand forecasting, stock planning, sales analysis, and stock replenishment across retail doors, e-retail partners, and pop-ups/counter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Retail Management, Finance, Economics or related field; Master’s, a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of retail planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, or inventory management experience within prestige beauty/luxury cosmetics in the UK/EMEA.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience using retail planning software, ERP tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite), and retailer EDI/portals.
• Experience with WSSI (Weekly Stock, Sales & Intake) tools is essential.
• Deep understanding of the UK and European luxury retail landscape and wholesale practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales, stock, and inventory plans based on targets and historical performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, sell-through, and inventory turnover.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and inventory budgeting.
• Analyze product performance by store, category, region, and channel.
• Ensure products available in right stores, times and quantities.
• Maintain rolling forecasts (WSSI/OTB) across all doors including e-retailers.
• Review weekly/monthly/seasonal performance vs targets; identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing on assortment, launches, and promos.
• Manage stock-to-sales ratios, lead times, replenishment, OTIF delivery.
