Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Senior Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Technology - Logistics to own the regional technology roadmap and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable logistics technology aligned with business priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain technology, with focus on logistics, Deliver, warehousing and transportation processes.
• Proven people-leadership experience across multiple countries.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience owning and executing a multi-year technology roadmap and investment portfolio.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, WCS/WES, TMS, warehouse automation and integrations.
• Experience governing 3PLs, automation partners and technology vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year DePuy Synthes EMEA Deliver technology roadmap aligned to priorities and global direction.
• Translate capabilities into a prioritised portfolio with clear dependencies, risks and outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction across core logistics platforms, automation, data and integration.
• Ensure lifecycle health, cybersecurity, compliance and disaster-recovery readiness.
• Lead governance, funding plans and benefits realisation across run, lifecycle and transformation.
