Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, EMEA Deliver Technology for Logistics to own the technology roadmap and lead regional technology initiatives. You will partner with Supply Chain, Digital, Architecture, Finance and external providers to drive value and ensure safe, scalable solutions across ERP, WMS, WCS/WES and TMS.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain tech, strong leadership across countries, and proven ability to manage multi-year roadmaps with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain technology.
• Leadership across multiple countries.
• Experience owning multi-year technology roadmap.
• Strong executive stakeholder management.
• Experience governing 3PLs, logistics providers and vendors.

• Own technology roadmap for the EMEA Deliver domain.
• Partner with regional and global teams to translate business goals into a technology portfolio.
• Ensure secure, scalable, compliant integration across platforms.
