Job summary

You will manage resources, scheduling, and KPI delivery, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimise logistics performance in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/Team Leader experience in GMP or highly regulated environments.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in GMP or regulated settings.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient with ERP systems and automated equipment.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead department across Logistics, managing workload and resources to meet schedules.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; drive incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop staff, promote a culture of collaboration, and coach team using Lean tools.
• Support regulatory audits and client requirements; manage permits-to-work and safe systems of work.
