You will work within the EMEA Origination Deal Closing Team to ensure deals are operationally viable, accurately recorded, and exceptions managed, collaborating with global partners. Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation or related experience dealing with legal documentation is preferred.
• High degree of numeracy with attention to detail and ability to analyze problems.
• Strong knowledge of loan administration and deal building using specialized platforms.

Responsabilités

• Understand all aspects of deal/loan administration functions and tasks.
• Construct bilateral and syndicated deal structures in LoanIQ and amend structures as per Credit Agreement.
• Ensure Credit and Operations systems are updated with deal details with high accuracy.
• Monitor recently signed deals for lifecycle events and act accordingly.
• Maintain control and align with Accounting and Risk policies.
