Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years' PQE will work closely with senior partners, conducting in-depth research, drafting pleadings, and managing depositions and trial preparation in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic background from a top university.
• Proven experience in handling complex commercial disputes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Collaborative and results-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international law firm environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior associates and partners on a wide range of high-profile commercial disputes across various industries.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings and other motion documents, and prepare for client meetings and depositions.
• Assist with case strategy development, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
• Manage your own docket effectively and prioritise tasks in a demanding environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and clients.
