Ashurst Perkins Coie is recruiting an experienced coordinator to support legal learning and expertise community coordination in the EMEA region. This hands-on role combines program logistics, stakeholder engagement, data management and process improvement.

You will be central to supporting experts, administrators, and senior leaders across EMEA, ensuring learning programs run smoothly. You will join a global community of expertise lawyers and K&E specialists, reporting to the Director of

• Experience coordinating training, events or programs in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills; can manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proactive with a drive to improve processes and adapt in fast-changing environments.

Mansioni

• Coordinate two key areas of the K&E strategy: expert lawyer coordination and cross-practice resourcing.
• Deliver cross-practice legal learning programs and hybrid/virtual sessions across EMEA.
