Job summary

White & Case in London seeks a Tax Manager, EMEA, to lead the Firm’s tax compliance across the region. You’ll coordinate filings, partner reporting, and TP documentation while liaising with leadership, regional teams and external advisers.

You will advise on UK and international partnership taxation, monitor regulatory changes, and mentor junior staff, contributing to efficient, compliant tax operations across the global network.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or tax adviser with UK-recognised credential (ACA/CTA/ATT or equivalent).
• Minimum five years’ experience in tax, accounting or finance, with substantial partnership tax exposure in UK/EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tax compliance delivery for the EMEA region, including tax returns, tax computations and partner reporting across jurisdictions.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation and monitor developments to update policies and methodologies.
• Provide guidance on UK and international partnership tax matters and support partner remuneration analyses.
• Monitor UK/EU tax legislation changes and assess impact on the Firm.
• Mentor and develop junior tax team members; drive consistency and quality in deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership and external advisers to manage risk and improve processes.
