Job summary

Canon is seeking an experienced Consultant – EMEA Learning & Capability Development to drive our capability agenda across Sales, Marketing, Service, Corporate Functions, and Management Development. The role partners with leaders, shapes development frameworks, and leads diagnostics to close capability gaps.

You will design scalable, digital learning journeys and act as a product owner for learning solutions.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, or Organisational Development.
Experience operating within complex, matrix organisations.
Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Service, or Leadership Development can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability needs.
Translate strategic priorities into innovative development frameworks, programmes, and learning journeys.
Lead capability diagnostics to uncover gaps in skills, behaviour, and mindset.
Design scalable, high-impact learning solutions using modern and digital approaches.
Act as product owner for development solutions to ensure relevance and engagement.
Influence senior stakeholders and investment decisions through data-driven insights.
Measure success through behavioural change, capability growth, and business impact.
Collaborate across Learning & Capability, Talent, and Business Functions for a seamless learner experience.
