Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom seeks a highly motivated Business Support professional to join the Wholesale KYC Operations Team as a Regulatory Reporting Associate.

You will oversee EMEA regulatory reporting, coordinate calendars and controls, review data for accuracy, and escalate issues to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology and Finance to deliver regulatory obligations on time, support Change

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EMEA regulatory expectations and experience with regional reporting obligations within AML/KYC, client onboarding or wholesale banking operations.
• Experience in Change or Business Management, governance, project delivery, process improvement, testing, planning or exec-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the delivery of recurring and ad hoc regulatory reports across EMEA, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, timely and supported by appropriate evidence.
• Maintain the regional reporting inventory, submission calendar, procedures, ownership records with clear audit trails and evidence of review and approval.
• Perform data-quality checks, reconciliations and reasonableness reviews; investigate reporting exceptions and coordinate corrective actions with data owners and SMEs.
• Respond to information requests from internal Controls, Compliance, Internal Audit and external reviewers, coordinating collection, validation and submission of data and documentation.
• Build effective partnerships across EMEA Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology and global teams to drive consistent reporting standards and sustainable controls.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to streamline, automate and strengthen regulatory reporting processes, controls and management information.
• Support the wider EMEA COO team with Change activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, impact assessments, testing, implementation planning and benefits tracking.
