Job summary

STACK Infrastructure, based in London, is seeking an Environmental Manager to lead regional environmental management across the EMEA portfolio. You will embed a consistent approach throughout data centre facilities and collaborate with EHS, project, facility and sustainability teams to strengthen compliance and drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an environmental role within data centre sector.
• Knowledge of environmental legislative requirements across the region.
• Experience in critical systems environments, with exposure to construction methodology.
• Regional or international environmental qualification; NEBOSH certificate preferred.
• ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor training or certification is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent reporting, planning and organisational skills, with ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent STACK Infrastructure as environmental lead across the EMEA portfolio.
• Establish and maintain an ISO 14001-compliant Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Monitor environmental performance, develop inspection schedules and benchmarks.
• Establish and report environmental KPIs, with dashboards across EMEA.
• Provide environmental guidance on incident management and RCA investigations.
• Collaborate with EHS, Project, Facility and Sustainability teams to deliver initiatives.
• Engage external stakeholders and regulatory authorities; represent STACK professionally.
• Identify training needs and share learning across STACK portfolio.
• Promote environmental topics through EHS forums and meetings.
