Job summary

ACCA Careers is creating a new Head of Invoicing to lead the Invoicing function across Europe, Middle East and Africa, unifying teams into a single, standardized operation and preparing for a future ERP.

You will define strategy, governance, and controls; build and coach a high‑performing team across locations; partner with Finance leadership and clients to resolve escalations and drive revenue protection and insight‑led reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in invoicing and billing within multi-country shared service context.
• Proven track record leading cross-border process and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with Excel mastery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EMEA invoicing strategy, governance, policies and controls.
• Build and lead a high-performing multi-location team.
• Serve as senior invoicing lead across EMEA, coordinate with CFO and operations.
• Drive billing accuracy, timeliness, completeness and dispute resolution.
• Lead invoicing transformation including ERP standardization.
