Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, refunds, and T&E within 48-hour SLA.
• Match invoices to approved and receipted POs.
• Prepare frequent payment runs.
• Post bank entries and reconcile bank statements.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and VAT reporting.
• Maintain supplier data and resolve queries.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.
