Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Commercial Planning Director EMEA to build and lead the planning function across the region. You will shape strategy, establish governance, and drive data-driven decisions in collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, and Finance.

You will oversee pre-season planning, forecasting, and a robust analytics framework to support growth across markets and channels, while leading a cross-cultural team and liaising with global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning functions across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of sell-in/sell-through dynamics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Commercial Planning function as a centre of excellence.
• Build and develop a high-performing Sales Planning team across markets and channels.
• Define governance, cadence and ways of working for the planning function.
• Drive end-to-end pre-season planning and align revenue targets with leadership.
