Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to shape strategic employee communications across the EMEA region. The role reports to the Director of Internal Communications and involves shaping engagement for roughly 3,000 employees in a hybrid setup.

You will drive content campaigns, collaborate with HR and Communications teams, and partner with site leaders to advance UL’s culture and values across the region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills (AP style).
• Proven success with employee content campaigns and metrics.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders in a corporate setting.
• Thrives in a matrix environment and can manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and execute an EMEA strategic internal communications plan.
• Activate internal initiatives in EMEA with global alignment.
• Cascade priorities with site leaders and HR/business functions.
• Support EMEA internal meetings/events, including CEO/ELT travel.
• Create and share EMEA employee-focused content via channels.
• Collaborate on HR engagement initiatives, values refresh and inclusion.
