AECOM is seeking a strategic Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead and shape internal communications across Europe and India. You will set direction, align with business priorities, and drive employee engagement through compelling storytelling and innovative approaches.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate with HR and regional heads to translate goals into actionable plans, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact programs that strengthen culture and performance.

Qualifications

Advanced technical skills in digital media, content creation, and communication platforms.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a strategic mindset.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in change and crisis communications.

Responsibilities
