• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional internal communications strategies that align with global priorities and support business growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating objectives into clear communication plans.
• Ensure messaging consistency across regions, functions, and channels.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness and optimise strategy and delivery.
• Oversee development of high-impact digital content across intranet, email, and internal social platforms.
