Job summary

UL Solutions is hiring an Internal Communications Lead reporting to the Director of Internal Communications. The role shapes impactful internal communications, driving employee engagement across approximately 3,000 employees in the region. It is a hybrid role with office three days a week.

The candidate will draft and execute strategic plans, audit communications, and collaborate with HR, regional leaders, and global teams to strengthen UL Solutions culture and align with global strategy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English; German skills preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills using AP style.
• Proven success in creating and executing employee content campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and coordinating across functions.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and execute a strategic EMEA internal communications plan.
• Audit and roadmap EMEA communications aligned to global strategy.
• Support activation of internal communications initiatives in EMEA.
