Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an Internal Communications Lead for the EMEA region, reporting to the Director of Internal Communications. The role focuses on shaping impactful internal communications, driving engagement for ~3,000 employees, and operating in a hybrid setup with three days in the office.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, HR partners, and communications teams to align with global strategy, activate campaigns, and craft employee-centric content across channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in oral and written English; German skills preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills (AP style).
• Proven success creating and executing employee content campaigns, with metrics.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and manage teams.
• 5+ years of corporate communications, global/regional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and execute an EMEA internal communications plan.
• Audit EMEA communications and develop a roadmap for engagement.
• Activate internal communications initiatives in EMEA and support global comms.
• Collaborate with EMEA Region Lead to cascade priorities and culture.
• Support EMEA meetings/events, including CEO/ELT travel.
• Create and share employee-focused content across channels.
