Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a experienced Client Account Manager for EMEA Alternatives based in London.

You will deliver exceptional service to institutional clients investing in alternative strategies, partnering with Sales, Investment Specialists, and product teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness. You will lead onboarding and ongoing servicing, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and support strategic projects with the Head of Institutional Client Account

Qualifications

• Significant experience (8–10+ years) in asset/wealth management with client service exposure.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and understand servicing needs.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and supporting digital distribution or platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing servicing for EMEA institutional clients and third parties, fielding inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
• Develop in-depth understanding of each client’s relationship with J.P. Morgan and its connections with other asset managers and consultants.
• Identify and drive improvements to client experience and operational efficiency; implement changes as needed.
• Participate in client meetings and events to support relationship management and service delivery.
• Plan and organize internal business meetings; manage follow-up items and ensure effective cross-team communication.
• Support creation and management of team policies, procedures, templates, and data requirements for MIS/KPI reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal partners, and third-party service providers.
• Support the launch of new products and distribution strategies with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and readiness.
• Act as a key contact for service-related client matters, coordinating with sales and global client service colleagues in EMEA, US, and APAC.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and research to support business initiatives and strategic goals.
