You will partner with Institutional Sales, Investment Specialists, Product partners and internal stakeholders to form a dedicated service team for each assigned client, delivering exceptional client experience. Qualifications

• Significant experience 8–10+ years in asset/wealth management with client servicing background.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and understand servicing needs.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and supporting digital distribution or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing servicing for EMEA institutional clients and third parties.
• Develop deep understanding of each client's relationship with J.P. Morgan.
• Identify improvements to client experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in client meetings and due diligence sessions to support service delivery.
• Plan internal meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure cross-team communication.
• Support creation of team policies, procedures, and data requirements for MIS/KPI reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal partners and third-party providers.
• Support launch of new products and distribution strategies with legal, compliance and product teams.
