Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a Client Account Manager for EMEA Alternatives to deliver exceptional service to institutional clients.

You will partner with Institutional Sales, Investment Specialists and Product teams to form a dedicated service team for each client. You will coordinate onboarding, manage client relationships and drive process improvements across teams, while working with legal, compliance and finance to ensure regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in asset/wealth management with client service experience.
• Experience with institutional clients and alternative investments.
• Confident communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and managing operational processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and servicing for EMEA institutional clients and third parties.
• Develop understanding of client relationships and connections with other managers.
• Identify and drive improvements to client experience and operations.
• Participate in client meetings and due diligence sessions.
• Plan internal meetings and ensure effective cross-team communication.
• Support creation of team policies, templates and MIS/KPI data requirements.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and service providers.
• Support launch of new products and distribution strategies with compliance and product teams.
• Act as key contact for service-related client matters with sales and global teams.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
