Job summary

VaynerMedia in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to lead creative teams across client accounts. You will guide concepts, present work, and ensure brand consistency whilst collaborating with client partnership teams to secure bold, effective campaigns.

You’ll mentor junior creatives, champion digital best practices, and shape the agency’s creative outputs through leadership and hands-on ideation.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of professional creative experience in an agency with varied clients.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX and social platforms.
• Experience leading concepts from start to finish and delegating as needed.
• Expert in ideation and diverse creative content for campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of trends and best practices for digital and social.
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative solutions for a variety of clients; manage teams and approve work.
• Mentor creatives and act as quality control and brand steward.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to meet briefs, feedback, and KPIs.
• Ideate and conceptualize high-engagement thinking reflecting brand guidelines.
• Foster relationships within teams, agency partners, and clients.
• Lead and assign projects, coach junior members, and monitor progress.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and digital best practices.
• Present and defend work with clarity in client meetings.
• Streamline processes to improve team structure and efficiency.
• Lead and participate in new business projects.
