Job summary

Athos Commerce, a provider of AI-powered ecommerce tools, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard new clients onto the feed management platform and to support migrations across ecommerce platforms. You will configure product data feeds, maintain feed continuity, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, data quality audits, and proactive problem solving in a remote, fast-paced environment with offshore collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or product feed management.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok Shop and online marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients and map data sources.
• Configure feed rules and category mappings for product data.
• Support clients migrating stores to new ecommerce platforms while maintaining feed continuity.
• Audit product feeds for data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot feed-related issues across channels and platforms.
