Job summary

CIBTvisas, Inc in London is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee immigration service delivery across the EMEA region and manage client relationships, casework and day-to-day team operations. The role combines hands-on case management with team guidance, workload coordination, quality oversight and support for key client stakeholders.

It requires five years of managerial experience and three years of global immigration/mobility experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of five years of managerial experience and at least three years of global or regional immigration/mobility experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, remote meeting software, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent service delivery across the EMEA region.
• Manage casework and advise on visa requirements.
• Develop and maintain timelines and monitor deadlines.
• Provide final quality review prior to submission to the consulate.
• Support client reporting and audits.
