Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a UK Corporate Immigration Consultant or Advisor, multi-jurisdictional experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UK immigration and work authorisation laws.
• Experience managing sponsor licence compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising internal stakeholders on UK and EMEA immigration matters.
• Managing and maintaining UK sponsor licences and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinating documentation for immigration applications.
• Acting as an internal escalation point for immigration queries.
• Educating managers on immigration compliance and best practices.
