Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the EMEA Field HR Business Partner team. Based in Basingstoke with a hybrid work arrangement, you will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies driving organisational effectiveness and workforce planning across 22+ countries.

Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will lead a team of HRBPs, influence regional strategy, and ensure a high-quality people experience.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience managing HRBP teams across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive workforce planning and transformation.
• Experience with employee relations, organogram design and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting eme across 22+ countries.
• Partner with regional leaders to shape people strategies and workforce planning.
• Drive talent initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide strategic guidance on change management and organisational design.
• Utilise data to inform decisions and improve employee experience and performance.
